We partner with values-aligned organizations and collaborators to leverage learnings to optimize impact through strategic learning and data visualization
Hi there! I’m Natalie Joseph, a Data & Evaluation Strategist and the Founder of Dots & Data.
As a data nerd, I am deeply committed to continuous learning, always seeking to leverage data analysis and evaluation to co-create actionable strategies for long-term growth. With over five years of experience, I approach my work with a focus on equity to understand how projects and initiatives impact those most affected by the issues at hand.
With a background in public health and experience working within nonprofits, I offer a unique perspective while specializing in data analysis, visualization, evaluation, and learning to support intentional and strategic implementation. My work centers on addressing complex systemic issues impacting communities, families, and children. By integrating culturally responsive and equitable evaluation (CREE) and participatory approaches, I co-create effective evaluation designs and data collection tools that uncover the root of interconnected issues while amplifying the voices of those most affected.
Through curiosity and multidimensional thinking, I leverage my experiences and technical expertise to support the implementation of actionable processes for impactful change for long-term growth and development.
